The project is being implemented in the cities of São Paulo (Brazil), Montevideo (Uruguay), Quito (Ecuador) and Xalapa (Mexico) and in the district of Miraflores (Peru). These localities were chosen due to the great interest shown by these municipalities in the development of big data management for urban management, besides presenting diverse realities among themselves, which will allow the definition of a scalable model of massive data governance.
The Steering Committee is responsible for providing the strategic guidelines and establishing the key decisions about the project, being formed by members of each city participating in the project.
